Measurements (and photos to come) 

Today I started insanity and oh my goodness the fit test is really really hard! I was seriously sweating so much and there are quite a few moves I can’t really do (like the full body drill). I found I was often stopping for a rest or modifying an exercise o i didn’t have to jump so much, which I suppose is bad as maybe i could’ve pushed harder, but also good because I’m still alive, and it just gives me lots of room for improvement. Hopefully I will be much smaller and fitter after completing this programme :)

All measurements were taken using the guidance of this website http://www.ivillage.com/how-do-i-take-my-measurements/4-n-142316to the nearest cm.

  • Bust (nipple line)- 92cm
  • Chest (below breasts) - 85cm 
  • Waist - (smallest point) - 75cm
  • Hips (widest point) - 59cm
  • Midway (halfway between widest point and smallest point (approx. stomach)) - 85 cm
  • Thighs (where biggest) - left 60cm, right 61cm
  • Knees (just above) - 41cm
  • Calves (where biggest) - 38cm
  • Upper Arm (near armpit) - 31cm
  • Forearm (before elbow) - 26cm

Height - 166cm
Weight - 67kg
